We use the Encompass integration and the real beauty of that is the two way communication, where Reggora goes in and takes the P&S out of the folder in Encompass and immediately sends it off to the appraiser for review. Then they're running it through Fannie and Freddie on the way in, and those reviews and the entire appraisal gets pushed into the folder in Encompass.
